FIG Hughes Disposal, LLC (“FIG Hughes” or “Company”) is a limited liability company formed on April 5, 2018. The Company intends to acquire Hughes Disposal, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company operating as a licensed a commercial salt water disposal site, as well as all of Hughes Disposal, LLC’s assets relating to the commercial salt water disposal well, including forty acres of surface, the existing disposal well, surface tanks, pumps, equipment, buildings and two additional well bores on the property originally drilled to produce hydrocarbons one of which is idle and the marginally producing oil. Although currently operational, the Hughes salt water disposal well needs additions and repairs in order to meet the project goals. Offering proceeds will be used to fund the work necessary to attempt meeting such goals. These repairs and improvements are intended to increase capacity from the present-day maximum of approximately 7,000 bwpd to the partnership goal of 20,000 bwpd or more.
